drunk. she went to bed and her girlfriends left the room. . >> kept saying i wanted to go to sleep i kept saying i wasn't comfortable doing that because i was too drunk to understand what's happening. and he later did it anyway. >> he she told borders what happened the college gave abc7 news a statemt says in part that their decision is barring the male student, invved in the incident from our campus for any purpose oth than to attend classes. chsty says that is not enough. >> he's still enrolled i can still run into him in my building. >> the college reported this incident to police they gave the results o the investigation to the district attorney. they declined to charge the case saying there wasn't enough evidence. christy toldthers about the story, several students told her
